1. Custom Services
- All stippling and firearm modification services are custom-made to your specifications.
- Once work has begun, all services are final sale and are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests must be made before work begins and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Product Sales
- Physical products sold via our website may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Order Acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors, payment issues, or regulatory restrictions.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment gateway.
- You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge for your order.
5. Shipping and Risk
- For all services and products, risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery (for products) or upon completion (for services).
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning eligible physical products.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Singuard Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
- Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service or product.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
