Shipping policy

Stippling Services

Customers are responsible for shipping their firearm frame or grip module to Singuard Solutions for service.

Return shipping is included with all completed stippling services.

After placing an order, customers will receive shipping instructions and any necessary information to send their item safely and legally.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipments comply with federal, state, and local laws.


Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary depending on the service selected and current workload.
Estimated turnaround times may be provided on product pages or during the ordering process but are not guaranteed.
Customers will be notified if unexpected delays occur.


Physical Products & Merchandise

Orders for physical products are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs for merchandise are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Free shipping is available on merchandise orders over $100.

Tracking information will be provided when available.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work with the carrier and the customer to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
