Refund policy

At Singuard Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of our services, our refund policy differs between custom services and physical products.

Custom Stippling & Modification Services

All stippling and firearm modification services are custom-made to the customer's specifications.

Because these services permanently alter the customer's supplied part or firearm component, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on completed stippling services or custom modification work.

If an order has not yet entered production, please contact us immediately. Cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Physical Products

Unused physical products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
